Annalie Killian


Annalie’s work addresses the things that keep CEOs awake at night:

  1. How to keep pace with disruptive change.
  2. How to accelerate the speed with which their organizations adapt and innovate.
  3. How to transform culture for passionate engagement, agility and customer relevance.

As Catalyst for Magic at AMP she founded the Amplify Festival of Innovation & Thought Leadership and has grown it from start-up in 2005 to a powerful engine for systemic change across a business eco-system. Her systems-thinking approach to leading innovation and change in large corporations has featured in 10 business books and research papers to date.

She’s a Fellow of the Aspen Institute’s First Movers Programme for global leaders working at the intersection of business innovation and social impact and in 2013 the Hargraves Institute for Innovation recognised her contribution to the Innovation Agenda in Australia.

She lectures as Adjunct Professor at the University of Technology Sydney, is a founding Board member of Reinvent Australia and serves as advisor to several start-up ventures, research bodies and social movements.

Prior to moving to Australia in 1999, she earned global recognition for her work in designing and delivering ground-breaking solutions for the development and economic empowerment of communities in a post-Apartheid South Africa.
