Over 17 years, she has supported private, public and academic organisations using approaches informed by behavioural psychology. She has devised effective innovation, engagement and technology adoption strategies for clients including GSK, Intel and HP Labs.
In 2011, she re-designed a United Nations’ agency key revenue driver from scratch. The year resulted in a strategy that increased profit and reach by millions. The strategy still stands today.
She is a regular speaker at global conferences including TED, SXSW and IBC and writes for b2b publications. She is a proud ambassador for the Burning Man Foundation.
