Tracy Saville

A systems thinker, technology and disruptive business model strategist, in addition to helping to found FourthWave and start our Sacramento programs, Tracy is a serial entrepreneur, currently also serving as CFO for a building materials company show co-owns and as CEO and co-founder of Sofiia AI, Inc., advancing new human behavior change augmented intelligence (AI) that maps our behavior, personality, and communication traits, delivering new insights to effect behavior change to improve workforce performance, improve personal relationships, and increase human awareness and consciousness.

Prior ventures include Nicolas’ Garden (app for healthy eating for kids), North State Lumber, T2 Leadership Consulting (conscious leadership development), CleanWorld (food waste to energy technology), and Possibility Media and Publishing (celebrity and social impact brands).

Tracy has more than 20 years of leadership and venture building/growing experience in the public and private sectors, including as an appointee under two California Governors (energy, clean tech, health and human services, agriculture), with infrastructure and policy expertise emphasis in clean technology, public finance, waste management, energy supply, and health.
