Ben Baldwin is a four-time founder and relentless advocate for innovators. Ben’s work focuses on executives who need to build innovation, not just buy it. From Fortune 500 CEOs and CTOs (ScaleDriver) to startup/scale-up founders (The Founder City Project), his systems help predict innovation success and speed it up, because solutions are customized within a company’s culture. 

In 1999, Ben created the first predictive job search engine, which later evolved into a company he named ClearFit. Since 1999, Ben has founded three technology companies focused on predictive analytics for human behavior and worked with some of the world’s top innovators, across several industries.
